Divorce is one of life's biggest stressors—second only to the death of a spouse. And yet, it’s still a frowned upon to discuss at work. This webinar provides a blueprint for employers to support their employees, set clear expectations, and utilize practical tools to empower productivity, decrease stress, and help improve overall well-being. Supporting employees affected by divorce has a direct impact on the bottom line by increasing employee engagement, and reducing turnover.

Learning objectives:

  1. Cope with the impact of financial stress on workplace productivity;
  2. Determine how to empower employees; and
  3. Create action plans with employees using case study templates.
