St. Louis EAPA 2019 Conference and EXPO Attendee Information

Who should attend?

 Join the global gathering of employee assistance professionals for outstanding educational and networking opportunities, as well as the largest EXPO dedicated to top EA products and services. Attendees come from a variety of employee assistance and related backgrounds – including psychology, human resources, private practice, social work, treatment centers and more - and represent thirty five countries all over the world.

The EAPA 2019 Conference & EXPO will take place September 25-27, 2019. Pre-Conference Training Courses are offered on September 23 & 24 (Separate fee applies). The EXPO will open the evening of September 24, and run all day September 25 & 26 (EXPO Access is included with Full Conference Registration).

Can I volunteer in exchange for free registration?

EAPA welcomes a small group of outstanding members to serve as conference work exchange volunteers each year. In exchange for committing to working the full week of the conference – Monday, September 23 – Friday, September 27 – volunteers receive complimentary full conference registration and access to EAPA 2019 conference session recordings.

How do I register?

Online attendee registration is open. If you prefer, there is a downloadable registration form that can be filled out and emailed/faxed/mailed back to the EAPA office with your payment. Early Bird Deadline for conference registration is August 1. Questions? Contact

What does it cost to attend?

Online attendee registration is open. For information about all conference registration fees read the conference pricing overview. Group registration discount information available here. Training Courses are an additional fee, NOT included in full main conference registration packages.

What types of education credit are available?

Professional Development Hours (PDHs) approved by the Employee Assistance Certification Commission (EACC) for new and recertifying Certified Employee Assistance Professionals (CEAPs) are provided for attending all educational sessions at EAPA 2019. Note, PDHs and continuing education contact hours (CE Contact Hours) are based upon the clock hour and only available for the actual time training is provided. Non-educational sessions, breaks, and meals are excluded.

EAPA applies to NAADAC, NASW, NBCC, and SHRM to be an approved provider of CE contact hours for those boards. (Note: The California Board of Behavioral Sciences accepts NASW and NBCC CE Contact Hours.) An additional fee is required for CE Contact Hours from any of these boards.  It is the attendee’s responsibility to check with their licensing/certification boards to determine which type(s) of CE Contact Hours are acceptable.
