Refund, Cancellation and ADA Policies

 Annual World EAP Conference

Refund, cancellation and no show policy:

All requests for refunds must be made in writing (fax, e-mail, and U.S. mail are all acceptable forms). Refund requests received prior to the close of business (5:00 pm Eastern time) on the date of the published early bird deadline and, will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. After that time, no refunds can be made.  EAPA cannot accept responsibility for no shows. If a registered attendee does not attend the classroom training course offering, his/her payment cannot be refunded. Substitutions are allowed at any time and requests should be communicated in writing. There are no exceptions to this policy. Appeals to this policy may be made in writing (email) to d.mori@eapassn.org.

 Conference on Demand

Refund policy - Login to your EAPA provided account to receive member rates. Registration is fully refundable prior to the completion of any course.  Once any course has been viewed and certificate has been generated, refunds are no longer available.  Please direct requests for refunds to Multiview's support help line at 972-910-6899 (Monday - Friday 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. ET) or send an e-mail to multiviewMediaSupport@multiview.com.

 Live Online Classes (Elevating Ethical Awareness, CEAP Exam Prep Course, etc.)

Cancellation/Refund Policy - Unless otherwise specified, registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session your registration will be automatically rolled to the next offering of the course. For webinars, your registration may be rolled to the archive of the webinar or rolled to next live webinar on a different topic. Appeals to this policy may be made in writing (email) to c.drake@eapassn.org.

 Webinars

Cancellation/Refund Policy- Webinar registration fees are non-refundable. The first time a webinar is offered, it is recorded for inclusion in the webinar archive. If the initial recording session is cancelled, webinar registration is automatically rolled to the next scheduled offering. Registration includes unlimited access to the recorded webinar. Registration may be rolled from one webinar to another without penalty prior to completion of the course. Appeals to this policy may be made in writing (email) to c.drake@eapassn.org.

 On-Site Training Courses (EAS-C, CEAP Exam Prep Course, etc.)

Cancellation/Refund/No-show Policy - This policy applies to any in-person classroom training  except for those courses held in conjunction with EAPA's Annual World EAP Conference.  All requests for refunds must be made in writing (fax, e-mail, and U.S. mail are all acceptable forms). Refund requests received prior to the close of business (5:00 pm Eastern time) four days prior to the course date and, will be subject to a $45 cancellation fee. After that time, no refunds can be made.  EAPA cannot accept responsibility for no shows. If a registered attendee does not attend the classroom training course offering, his/her payment cannot be refunded. Substitutions are allowed at any time and requests should be communicated in writing. Appeals to this policy may be made in writing (email) to c.drake@eapassn.org.
