Events and Traffic Builders:

  • The EAPA Marketplace Grand Opening Reception on Wednesday, October 21, will draw attendees to the Marketplace. All registered attendees and guests are invited for refreshments and giveaways!
  • Marketplace Networking Areas provide attendees and exhibitors a place to sit down, relax, and meet each other. Networking areas are open during all Marketplace hours.
  • Breakfasts and breaks served in the Marketplace on Thursday and Friday, as well as the boxed lunch on Thursday, bring attendees into the Marketplace.
  • ** NEW - Exhibitor Recognition Ceremony during the EAPA Awards Luncheon Friday will encourage attendees to visit the Marketplace.
  • ** NEW - Dessert Reception, Entertainment, and Grand Prize Drawing will take place in the Marketplace on Friday afternoon during the extended break. (Attendees must be present to win!)
  • Massage Station provides attendees and exhibitors with relaxing chair massages.
  • Internet Cafe allows attendees and exhibitors to visit the web and check their email without leaving the Marketplace.

EAPA's 2009 Annual World EAP Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Dallas in downtown Dallas, TX. Conveniently located near the business, sports and shopping districts, the Hyatt Regency Dallas is in the heart of downtown's historic district. This gem among Dallas hotels is four blocks from the downtown Dallas business center and 23 miles from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, with the longest running AAA four-diamond distinction among convention hotels in downtown Dallas. The EAPA Marketplace will be located in the Marsalis Hall.
