Daily Conference Registrations are available and include all educational sessions, events, and Marketplace hours for the specific day only. Daily registration for October 22 (Thursday) includes the Newcomer’s Orientation and the Grand Opening Reception on October 21. Daily registration for October 23 (Friday) includes the Dessert Reception and Entertainment in the EAPA Marketplace. Fun Run is not included in Daily Registration on Friday. Important Events Taking Place in the EAPA Marketplace

  • Breakfasts and coffee breaks are served in the Marketplace on Thursday and Friday.
  • Networking Areas provide attendees and exhibitors a place to sit down, relax, and meet with each other. Networking Areas are open during all Marketplace hours.  
  • Dessert Reception, Entertainment and Grand Prize Drawing will take place in the Marketplace on Friday afternoon during the extended break. (Attendees must be present to win!)  
  • Relaxation Station where attendees and exhibitors can find chair massages and refreshment.
     
  • Internet Café for attendees and exhibitors to check their email and access the web.
     
  • Raffles and prize drawings will take place throughout the Marketplace schedule to create fun and excitement for attendees and exhibitors.

Registration Payment Policies
Payments: EAPA accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please make checks payable to EAPA. Purchase orders are accepted; contact EAPA at 703-387-1000, ext 305 when a purchase order is required.

Cash is accepted for on-site payments only.

Refunds, Cancellations, and No Shows: All requests for refunds must be made in writing (fax, email, and US Mail are all acceptable forms). Refund requests received prior to the close of business (5:00 PM EST) on September 10, 2009 will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. After September 10, 2009, no refunds can be made. All refunds will be processed after November 1, 2009. EAPA cannot accept responsibility for no shows. If a registered attendee does not attend the conference, his/her payment cannot be refunded. There are no exceptions to this refund policy. Substitutions are allowed at any time.

Guest Tickets are available for an additional charge for registered attendees who wish to bring a guest to the listed conference events. These events are included in the full conference and daily conference (as appropriate) registrations.

Badges: Attendees’ name and credentials (no more than 2) will be printed on the conference badge exactly as they are entered on the registration form. Please be sure they are correct. Badges are required for entrance into all conference events, educational sessions, and EAPA Marketplace.

Americans with Disabilities Act: EAPA and Hyatt Regency Dallas comply with ADA provisions. If you require special accommodations, have special dietary needs, or assistance, please contact EAPA at confmgr@eapassn.org by September 30, 2009 to make arrangements.
