What is the CEAP®? The Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP®) is the only credential that represents the employee assistance profession and is recognized world-wide by EAPs, employers, accrediting agencies, third party insurers and clients. The CEAP

  • demonstrates mastery of the body of knowledge required for competence in EA practice and
  • recognizes those individuals who have met established standards for EA professionals and who adhere to a professional code of conduct designed to ensure the highest standards in the delivery of employee assistance services.
Why get the CEAP®? Listen as two EA professionals, one working in the US, the other in Japan, describe the value of the CEAP® for themselves.

What is the EACC? The Employee Assistance Certification Commission (EACC) is an autonomous credentialing body established by EAPA in 1986 to maintain and administer all aspects of the CEAP certification program.

EACC announces change in CEAP® eligibility requirements.
