All registrations must be received at the EAPA office or submitted online by October 11, 2013. After October 11, you must register on-site at the conference.
Registration Tips: Pre-register by October 11th to save on the Best Value Package or full conference registration rate! The Arizona Biltmore EAPA block is completely sold out. Please note: Pre-Conference Training Course registration fees are separate and are not included in Full Conference Registration fees.
REGISTRATION PAYMENT POLICIES
Best Value Package! The Best Value Package is the most affordable way to enjoy all the benefits of a Full Conference Registration AND access EAPA’s Conference On Demand website. Your access will include unlimited online participation in EAPA’s 2012 & 2013 World EAP Conference sessions through October 31, 2014.
First Time New Member Package includes all the benefits of Full Conference Registration PLUS a one year EAPA membership including local chapter dues. This package is not valid for lapsed memberships or renewals.
Full Conference Registration includes all conference events and education sessions, starting with the Networking Sessions on October 16, admission to the EAPA Marketplace October 16-18, and concluding with Dinner on Saturday, October 19. Additional registration is required for the Pre-Conference Training Courses and the Fun Run/Walk.
Next Generation Discount: Are you under 35 years old? Take $325 off the conference registration portion of the Best Value Package, Full Conference Registration, or First Time New Member Registration package. Use promo code UNDER35 when registering online, or subtract the amount in red on the printed form. Proof of age verified on-site at Registration Desk.
Daily Conference Registration includes admission to all educational sessions, the EAPA Marketplace, meals, breaks and conference events for the specified day. Saturday, October 19 registration excludes the Fun Run/Walk.
Guest tickets are available for an additional charge for registered attendees who wish to bring guests to the listed conference events. These events are included in the full conference and appropriate daily conference registrations.
Payments: EAPA accepts Visa, MasterCard (credit or debit), American Express, and Discover. Please make checks payable to EAPA. Payment must be received with completed registration form to process registration. Purchase orders are accepted; contact EAPA at 703-387-1000, ext 305, when a purchase order is required. Cash is accepted for on-site payments only.
Refunds, cancellations, and no shows: All requests for refunds must be made in writing (fax, e-mail, and U.S. mail are all acceptable forms). Refund requests received prior to the close of business (5:00pm EDT) on August 30, 2013 will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. After August 30, 2013, no refunds can be made. All refunds will be processed after November 1, 2013. EAPA cannot accept responsibility for no shows. If a registered attendee does not attend the conference, his/her payment cannot be refunded. There are no exceptions to this refund policy. Substitutions are allowed at any time and requests should be communicated in writing.
Definitions: Professional Development Hours (PDHs) and Continuing Education Contact Hours (CEs). Based on the clock hour, one PDH/CE equals one hour of participation in a pre-approved training directly related to the performance domains of employee assistance programming. Credit is only for the actual time in which training is provided - breaks and lunches or other association activities are not included. To earn educational credit, a minimum of eighty-five percent (85%) or more of each session time is required. Partial credit is not available for any course or session. Attendees are advised to check with their licensing boards and agencies to see which continuing education credits will be accepted.

Psychologists may earn up to 30.25 category 1 credit hours.
Badges: Attendees’ name and credentials (no more than 2) will be printed on the conference badge exactly as they are entered on the registration form. Please be sure they are correct. Badges are required for entrance into all conference events, educational sessions, and EAPA Marketplace.
